Kirsty Armstrong

TEAM ADMINISTRATOR

If it was up to Kirsty, it would be tinsel and treats, baubles, and bows all over the house all year round.

In fact, the girl who grew up on dairy farms says her family now calls her the “Christmas Elf” due to her passion for the festive season. Or in her own words, “I’m absolutely all in for everything about it”!

Bay of Plenty based Kirsty was raised by her mum – her role model as a strong. Independent woman – along with her four younger siblings.

She left secondary school early, wanting to work in hairdressing but later turned to studying Business Management, Marketing, and Sales at the University of Waikato. She later moved to Tauranga and completed her studies at Toi Ohomai.

Kirsty started at Envelope at the Mount Maunganui base in 2025, a busy role supporting the Mount crew directly and assisting the wider team as needed. A supportive, friendly team which genuinely cares about their people has been the stand-out since Kirsty started at Envelope.

Outside of the office, Kirsty fills her days with school activities and staying active through gym workouts and boxing. She also loves travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Time at home is spent being mum to one child and one dog, Daisy, with playing, baking, and crafting high on the list, depending which ‘child’ has the highest needs at the time.

Kirsty loves a classic Kiwi summer – with Wanaka coming out tops on her dream holiday location. Kayaking across clear waters with an achingly blue sky above, having a cold drink by the waterfront and just soaking up summer is her idea of a great, relaxing break.

And while dining out and trying new food from different cultures is another interest, Kirsty says there is nothing like a home-cooked meal with … you guessed it, family, and friends. More Chrissy ham or another serving of trifle, anyone?
